1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gringo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, operated by Reger Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gringo. By using our service, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We use face verification technology to help enforce this requirement. Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must complete face verification to use the platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or harm other users; create fake profiles or impersonate others; use the service for commercial solicitation; upload content involving minors; share explicit or offensive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Reger Digital LLC a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service. You must not upload content that violates any third-party rights.
6. Child Safety
Gringo has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). 7. Subscriptions & Payments
Gringo offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions at $29.99/month for male users. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscribing.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors. To request a refund, contact hello@gringodate.com within 7 days of the charge.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, conversations, and messages are permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your App Store or Google Play settings.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, harmful behavior toward other users, or any other reason at our discretion.
11. Disclaimers
Gringo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
