Our Commitment
Gringo: Foreigners & Latinas (available on Google Play as "Gringo: Foreigners & Latinas", developed by Reger Digital LLC) is a dating platform strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind.
Age Verification
Every user must verify their age during registration. Our face verification system uses AWS Rekognition to detect and reject profiles that appear to be minors. Users under 18 are blocked from creating an account.
Face Verification
All users must complete a real-time liveness check before their profile is activated. This ensures every profile belongs to a real, verified adult.
Reporting
Users can report any profile or content directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly. Any content or account involving minors is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Gringo has a strict zero tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any user found sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement immediately.
Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect prohibited content. All profile photos are reviewed before appearing in the discovery grid.
